Maisel & Friends Conference Center | Conferences & Parking

The Maisel & Friends Conference Center in Bayreuth is not an anonymous conference venue, but part of the vibrant brewery site of Maisel & Friends, where four generations of brewing tradition, modern event technology, and a very distinctive brand experience come together. Those searching for Maisel Bayreuth, Maisel Brewery Bayreuth, or Conference Center Bayreuth will find themselves in a place that consciously aims to be more than a classic conference location. In the historic main building of the brewery, whose roots date back to 1887, handcrafted history meets contemporary event culture, street art, gastronomy, hotel, and experience offerings. This mix makes the location exciting for companies, agencies, associations, and private hosts: short distances, a strong recognition value, and many opportunities to turn a conference into an experience. The site is described on the official website as a place where craftsmanship meets enjoyment, tradition meets innovation, and historical brick walls meet modern architecture. For events in Bayreuth, this is a clear advantage because you are not just booking rooms, but a whole microcosm with character. Conferences, Seminars, and Corporate Events at the Conference Center

At the center of the inquiries surrounding this location are conferences, corporate events, and seminars. This is no coincidence, as the Conference Center was specifically designed to enable business formats in a special environment. The official website speaks of individually planable events, professional support in organization, participant management, catering, and the development of a suitable supporting program. This makes the location particularly interesting for companies that expect more than a sterile seminar room. Whether kick-off, customer event, training, team meeting, product presentation, or multi-day conference: the structure of the house is designed to make processes flexible and guide guests comfortably. Additionally, upon request, a corporate program can be combined with beer tasting, brewery insights, or even a tour through Maisel’s Beer Experience World. This combination of professional event management and experiential value is a strong SEO lever for terms like conferences Bayreuth, events Bayreuth, and Maisel & Friends. For organizers, it is also important that the team not only provides rooms but also considers the entire dramaturgy of an event. The result is a location that works well in day-to-day business as well as in extraordinary formats and can be excellently adapted for both small groups and large events. ([maiselandfriends.com](https://www.maiselandfriends.com/en/conference-center/))

The difference from many other event locations also lies in the content environment. Here, business is not detached from brand and experience, but embedded in a brewery that has stood for quality, creativity, and hospitality for decades. This is evident not only in the architecture and historical context but also in how the rooms can be used. A conference can start with a product presentation, continue with a business lunch, and transition into a joint tasting or a relaxed dinner in the evening. The official description emphasizes that catering can come from the Liebesbier Restaurant upon request and can range from modern finger food to multi-course menus. This transforms a pure meeting into a well-thought-out experience that also works for discerning guests. For users searching for Maisel Consulting, Maisel Brewery, or Maisel Beer, this complexity is important: the brand becomes tangible through events, and the event benefits from the strong identity of the place. Even hybrid formats and digital live productions are part of the offering, thus meeting modern demands for reach and flexibility. ([maiselandfriends.com](https://www.maiselandfriends.com/en/visit-us/meetings-and-celebrations/))

Rooms, Capacities, and Modern Equipment

A key reason why the Maisel & Friends Conference Center fits so well with search terms like seating plan, places, capacity, or best rooms is the wide range of different event spaces. The largest room is the Brew Hall, with 220 square meters and up to 350 seats. It is particularly suitable for large conferences, presentations, corporate parties, or weddings. The room can be professionally darkened, has a permanently installed stage, a powerful projector, screen, as well as sound and lighting technology. Additionally, there is a separate terrace for aperitifs or breaks and an additional foyer that can be used as a reception or buffet area. Thus, the Brew Hall is not only the largest but also the most versatile room for large groups. Those looking for a location with a classic event character and modern ambiance will find a very strong combination here. The historical significance of the room adds to its appeal: where Maisel’s Weisse was once stored until perfect ripeness, events with international aspirations now take place. ([maiselandfriends.com](https://www.maiselandfriends.com/en/visit-us/meetings-and-celebrations/))

The other rooms are also clearly positioned with regard to different usage profiles. The Distillery & Filling Station, formerly the distillery and bottling plant, offers 185 square meters in the main area plus 65 square meters in the adjoining area. Here, events with up to 130 people as well as additional reception or buffet areas for up to 40 people are possible. The equipment includes, among other things, a projector, large screen, wireless microphones, Wi-Fi, flipchart, space for a DJ console, and a draft system for freshly tapped beer. Particularly striking is the mix of historical inventory, American bar, and industrial flair. Callista, with 85 square meters and up to 40 people, is the suitable room for medium-sized conferences, training sessions, and seminars. The Tasting Room, with 35 square meters and up to 12 seats, is the quieter meeting room for small groups, tastings, or training. The Lab, which previously housed the brewery's quality control, offers great flexibility for meetings and hybrid formats with its large show kitchen and the Galaxy meeting room, as well as the breakout rooms Ariana and Amarillo. The Broadcast Studio complements the offering with 45 square meters, a 165-inch full HD LED wall, and the ability to professionally implement live streams or hybrid meetings. This variety makes it clear that the location cannot be reduced to a single format but covers everything from small meetings to large celebrations. Access and Parking at Andreas-Maisel-Weg 1

For many search queries, practical accessibility is crucial, and this is where the Maisel & Friends Conference Center scores with clear, official information on access. The address Andreas-Maisel-Weg 1, 95445 Bayreuth, is located so that it is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport. Those coming via the A9 from Hof or Berlin exit at 41-Bayreuth-Nord onto the B2, follow the signs towards Bayreuth, and finally turn right into Andreas-Maisel-Weg after the bridge. Those coming from Nuremberg via the A9 should use exit 42-Bayreuth-Süd and follow the route via B2, B22, and the city center to the same destination. The access from B85 from Kulmbach or Bamberg is also clearly described. By bus and train, one reaches the ZOH and transfers there to lines 306 or 325; disembarking at the stop “Bier-Erlebniswelt.” For people specifically searching for access Bayreuth or parking Bayreuth, this transparency is very helpful as it greatly simplifies the planning of an event or visit. ([maiselandfriends.com](https://www.maiselandfriends.com/de/service/kontakt/))

When it comes to parking, Maisel & Friends relies on visitor parking directly at the site. The official site mentions parking spaces at Andreas-Maisel-Weg 1; additionally, there is a free short-term parking ticket for 20 minutes for beer shop customers, which can be obtained at the parking meter by pressing the yellow button. This is particularly pleasant for event guests because delivery, arrival, and stay can function without long distances. The Conference Center environment also explicitly mentions Visitor Parking, meaning visitor parking for the various areas of the site. This is an important detail for anyone planning a location for conferences, weddings, or corporate parties and does not want to rely on external parking garages. Those arriving by public transport benefit from the inner-city connection, while drivers from northern Bavaria and the surrounding area can reach the site relatively easily via the highway. The location near the Rotmain Center, close to Kulmbacher Straße and in the wider vicinity of Bayreuth's city center, makes the site additionally attractive. This creates a mix of good accessibility, clear guidance, and short distances on the site itself. This is often a decisive factor for event planners. Catering, Hotel, and Comprehensive Service for Guests

When planning an event, one rarely thinks only of the conference room. Catering, accommodation, and the quality of service in the background are also crucial. The Maisel & Friends Conference Center has clear strengths in these areas. The official website names the Liebesbier Restaurant as the catering partner; depending on the occasion, the offering ranges from modern finger food to buffets to multi-course menus. This allows workshops, conferences, and celebrations to be accompanied in very different culinary ways. The offering is complemented by the Liebesbier Urban Art Hotel, which is located right next to the Conference Center and is of interest to business travelers as well as for weddings or multi-day meetings. The website describes the hotel as a unique smart hotel worldwide with individually designed rooms, artistically painted surfaces, and technical equipment for a modern stay. For guests, this means: overnight stays and meetings are directly connected without the need to organize shuttle solutions or external partners. This is a significant advantage for organizers who desire short distances and a smooth process. ([maiselandfriends.com](https://www.maiselandfriends.com/en/visit-us/meetings-and-celebrations/))

Additionally, the hotel not only stands out visually but is also functionally tailored to business and leisure guests. The official description mentions 67 rooms, more than 50 street art artists from over 30 countries, as well as smart technology, high-speed internet, fitness room, and sauna. For events with guests from outside, this is a great advantage because accommodation and event location almost seamlessly merge. For example, if planning a multi-day seminar, retreat, wedding, or corporate party, overnight stays can be planned directly at the event location. The combination with the Liebesbier Restaurant is also strong: the house not only offers food but also an atmosphere where one enjoys staying even after a long conference day. This transforms a pure conference into a coherent overall staging. For search terms like Maisel Beer, Maisel Bier, Maisel & Friends, or Maisel Brewery, this interplay between brand, gastronomy, and accommodation is valuable because it increases recognition and significantly enhances the quality of stay. The location does not just sell rooms but a complete experience around enjoyment, encounters, and good organization. ([maiselandfriends.com](https://www.maiselandfriends.com/en/visit-us/hotel-and-gastronomy/liebesbier-urban-art-hotel/?utm_source=openai))

Maisel’s Beer Experience World, Brewing Art, and Special Supporting Programs

Another reason why the location is interesting far beyond classic conference applications lies in the immediate surroundings of the site. Maisel’s Beer Experience World is housed in over 4,500 square meters in the historic main building of the brewery and showcases Franconian brewing art, enjoyment region, and craftsmanship in a way that engages visitors with all their senses. The official description emphasizes that beer can be seen, smelled, heard, and tasted here. The newly designed brewing art world explains interactively and sensorially how a vast variety of aromas and beer styles emerge from water, malt, hops, and yeast. This proximity of knowledge transfer, experience, and brand makes the entire area attractive for groups, customer events, and corporate programs. Those interested in Maisel Weisse, Maisel Beer, or Maisel IPA can experience the origin and context of the brand directly here. For event planners, this means that they not only have a room but also a content-rich environment available, which is excellent for supporting programs, team formats, and customer retention. ([maisel.com](https://www.maisel.com/erleben/maisels-bier-erlebnis-welt/))

The site also has much to tell historically. The brewery Gebr. Maisel was founded in 1887 by Hans and Eberhard Maisel and is now run in the fourth generation by Jeff Maisel. The development from a regional brewery to one of Germany's leading specialty breweries is extensively documented on the official pages. This also includes the opening of Maisel’s Beer Experience World and the Liebesbier gastronomy in 2016, which made Bayreuth one of Germany's beer hotspots. For visitors and guests, it is particularly interesting that the area is not museum-like but continuously evolves. The awards of the experience world as Visitor Attraction of the Year 2024 and 2025 underline this dynamism and show that the location is perceived internationally. Therefore, those choosing the location for a business event, group trip, or private celebration receive not only modern rooms but also a strong narrative framework. This combination of tradition, innovation, and experience fits very well with the search terms maisel bayreuth, maisel brauerei bayreuth, and maisel consulting because it explains the core of the brand: it is about more than beer, namely attitude, craftsmanship, and hospitality. ([maisel.com](https://www.maisel.com/familie-maisel/brautradition/))

Maisel’s Weissbierfest 2026 and Other Experiences Around the Location

The brand Maisel & Friends is not only experienced in the Conference Center but also through large event formats in Bayreuth. The most important example of this is Maisel’s Weissbierfest, which traditionally takes place on the weekend before Ascension Day in the brewery courtyard and offers free admission. For 2026, the official website has announced the period from May 7 to 10. The festival combines music, culinary delights, sports, and family programs and is one of the highlights in the regional event calendar. Especially for search queries like Maisel Weissbierfest 2026 or Maisel Weisse, it becomes clear that the brand has a firm place in public life in Bayreuth. For the Conference Center, this is relevant because it strengthens the perception of the entire area: those planning an event here are moving in an environment that is already associated with events, audiences, and festival atmosphere. This gives the location a lively, less sterile character than many classic conference centers. ([maisel.com](https://www.maisel.com/erleben/maisels-weissbierfest/?utm_source=openai))

Closely related is the Maisel’s FunRun, which takes place on May 10, 2026, and is traditionally part of the Weissbierfest. According to the official announcement, more than 4,000 running enthusiasts start in Bayreuth each year, from beginners to ambitious athletes. The course is varied and mostly flat, making the event interesting for a broad audience. The finish leads directly to the festival grounds and combines athletic ambition with festive mood and music. For companies or groups wishing to combine their participation in an event with an active supporting program, this is a strong option. Here, too, it is evident how well the area around Maisel & Friends functions: it is suitable not only for conferences but also for larger public events, team events, and special occasions. Therefore, anyone looking for a location that combines business, enjoyment, sports, and brand world in a compact space will find a remarkably versatile answer in Bayreuth. This is precisely why the Maisel & Friends Conference Center is worthwhile not only for the event day itself but also for the entire experience planning before and after. ([maisel.com](https://www.maisel.com/presse-neuigkeiten/anmeldung-zum-21-maisels-funrun-startet-am-11-november-2025/?utm_source=openai))

Why This Location Works So Well in SEO and for Guests

From an SEO perspective, the Maisel & Friends Conference Center is particularly interesting because it combines several strong search intents in a single location: conferences, parking, access, events, brewery, Bayreuth, beer experience, and hotel. This mix explains why the brand is so present in the autocomplete keywords. Users are not only looking for an address but also for a story and practical answers at the same time. The Conference Center delivers both. It is a place for business events, but at the same time embedded in a corporate world that brings together handcrafted brewing tradition, modern gastronomy, street art, and tourist experiences. For users, this means clear orientation: those searching for conferences Bayreuth find professional rooms. Those searching for parking Bayreuth find visitor pools and short-term regulations. Those searching for Maisel Brewery or Maisel Weisse find the core of the brand and a clear experience promise. The official communication also makes it clear that the location is perceived as a hotspot in Bayreuth and that it addresses different target groups equally. This breadth is valuable for search engines and for real guests because it does not reduce the location to a single function. ([maiselandfriends.com](https://www.maiselandfriends.com/en/conference-center/?utm_source=openai))

In summary, it can be said: The Maisel & Friends Conference Center connects historical brewing culture, flexible event spaces, professional technology, good access, and strong gastronomic partners in a very consistent overall world in Bayreuth. With the Brew Hall as the largest room, the other areas such as Distillery & Filling Station, Callista, The Lab, Tasting Room, and Broadcast Studio, as well as the direct connection to the hotel, restaurant, and experience world, the location is suitable for many types of events. Whether corporate conference, seminar, product presentation, wedding, tasting, or hybrid format: the infrastructure is in place, the distances are short, and the brand is strong. This is the core of this location and the reason why it receives so much attention in Bayreuth. For visitors, the impression remains above all of a place where everything fits together: history, enjoyment, organization, and atmosphere. I came for the Germany Tourism Summit brand, and it was wonderful to discover the history of this very old brewery, now in its fourth generation. In addition to the historic brewery, there's a conference room, a brewery restaurant, and a super-technological hotel where I stayed. The beer is excellent; in my opinion, anyone going to the Oktoberfest in Bavaria should continue north. They might not know this place of excellence exists for true beer connoisseurs. Excellent service and a conference room equipped with all the necessities for an international event.

Simply fantastic. This place leaves nothing to be desired. We took a guided tour of the catacombs and had dinner here in the evening. I can wholeheartedly recommend both. We had a very friendly and witty guide who was able to answer all our questions. The dinner was Franconian, of very high quality, and extremely delicious. And the beer, from the Urban IPA to the pale lager and Maisel's wheat beer, was also delicious.

We held our company Christmas party at Maisel & Friends and look back on a truly successful event. Even the pre-event organization was very professional, transparent, and pleasant. Any questions were answered quickly and courteously, so we felt well taken care of from the very beginning. On the day of the event itself, everything ran smoothly: The service was attentive, friendly, and well-coordinated, and our guests repeatedly commented positively on this. The quality of the food deserves special mention – both in terms of taste and presentation were truly top-notch. The venue itself also offers a wonderful ambiance and creates a very pleasant atmosphere for events of all kinds. There was only a minor misunderstanding regarding the appetizer/soup, as we had assumed that several soups would be offered as a buffet. However, this was the only point we would like to mention, and it did not significantly detract from the very positive overall impression. All in all, it was a very successful event, for which we would like to express our sincere thanks. We would hold another event at Maisel & Friends anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend the location and the team.

We held a conference followed by a tour of the brewery's catacombs. The event was planned very professionally and pleasantly in advance, in close collaboration with us. All necessary services were perfectly prepared upon our arrival. Excellent food and drinks were offered throughout the entire complex – from the very good coffee served in the meeting room to the particularly delicious lunch. The on-site support was also outstanding. We highly recommend the tour of the brewery's catacombs; it was truly interesting and entertaining!
