This year I attended the B2B Days at the VOGEL Convention Center for the first time - and I was thrilled with the venue. Technically top-notch, the VCC features a large arena, in this case with a central stage, a spacious central foyer for networking during breaks, and another conference room with a seamless massive LED wall of the highest quality. The sound transmission was perfect, the presentations were easy to understand, and the music had club-quality. There wasn't a single noticeable technical issue across the two event days. Each speaker came on stage, connected their laptop, and was ready to go. The accreditation management and the cloakroom in the entrance hall also ran smoothly. I would definitely consider it for an event in Würzburg.

I attend the body damage day at the VCC Würzburg every year and I really like the location. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, everything is organized neatly, and the processes run smoothly. The team on-site is always friendly and accommodating, you get great support, and the atmosphere is consistently pleasant. The buffet stands out particularly positively – there’s a good selection, and it’s regularly replenished, so nothing is ever missing. Overall, a very successful event in a fitting environment. I look forward to coming back every year.

Used the location for an event of 300-500 people. The large room for presentations is ideal, and the smaller one in front is great for exhibitions and catering. There are plenty of variable, well-equipped smaller rooms for breakouts. Our catering was by Schmackofatz (I think), who knew their stuff very well and handled everything super professionally.

Great venue! The VCC was perfect for my event with 445 participants. The facilities, a mix of old industrial building and modern technology, are ideal. The staff is friendly and competent. I can wholeheartedly recommend the VCC.
